It takes many hands to make our Thanksgiving dinner a success! We have many open spaces to fill including Wednesday evening prep, Thanksgiving day drivers, servers, greeters, tear-down, and more. If you're interested in volunteering, please read the details below and click the button to officially sign up!​

ARRIVAL: All volunteers will need to arrive 15 minutes before your shift to sign in, receive a name tag, and receive instructions. Please add your volunteer information to your calendar. Please park in the East Lot and enter through Entrance C (the door is under the stairs in the parking lot with the basketball hoops). 

DELIVERY DRIVERS: Delivery drivers MUST drive in pairs. When signing up, please only sign up for ONE slot for two people. Please write the other person's name in the notes section. No animals are allowed to accompany you in your vehicle. 

​FAMILIES: Families who plan to volunteer together (ex: greeting), please only sign up for one slot and let us know you're a family in the notes section. Children need to be supervised at all times.

MULTIPLE ROLES: If you are signing up for more than one volunteer slot, please make sure the times do not overlap.  We'd really love your help during the day and for clean up at the end of the event.
